TEFAG develops and assembles customised lithium-ion batteries. We produce your battery pack including the required protection circuit and battery management system (BMS). On request, we can integrate additional circuit components and offer comprehensive assembly solutions.
A variant of conventional lithium-ion technology is suitable for higher safety requirements: lithium iron phosphate batteries. Here too, we offer comprehensive customised solutions, including complex packs with protective circuits (PCM) or suitable battery management systems (BMS).
When space is limited or flexible battery shapes are required, so-called lithium polymer batteries or pouch cells are used. Instead of a steel cell housing, plastic-aluminium foils hold the battery pack together. Our range of services includes the design-in of customised lithium polymer batteries, including the necessary protective circuitry.

A protective circuit prevents overcharging, deep discharge and overcurrent in the event of a fault. Controlled balancing keeps all cells at the same level.
